PAYMENT TERMS: NET 30 DAYS

(INTEREST AT 1.5% PER MONTH BEYOND 30 DAYS),

PAYABLE IN U.S. FUNDS DRAWN ON A U.S. BANK.

 

Changes & Cancellation: No change by seller of any term or condition of this contract or any of seller's rights or remedies there under shall be binding on seller, nor shall the order hereby acknowledged be canceled or changed by buyer, unless seller shall expressly consent there to in writing by seller's authorized officer. There are no representations, agreements, promises or understandings between buyer and seller that are not expressed herein. Products are sold only to recognized organizations and the federal government. We do not sell our products to individuals.

 

Method of Shipment: We ship via commercial trucking, air and ups under regulations governing such transport.

 

Return Goods: Material cannot be returned for credit without prior approval, either in writing or by verbal authorization from a Royale Pigments and Chemicals Inc, AWSM or Shorechem LLC sales administrator.

 

Prices: We strive to avoid price increases, but reserve the right to do so anytime the market demands. There is a $15 charge for less than pallet orders. To those picking up their own material you will need an SRA number from us to ensure secure pickup.

 

Since Royale Pigments and Chemicals Inc, AWSM or Shorechem LLC does not control or have knowledge of its customers' processes and specific uses of Royale Pigments and Chemicals Inc, AWSM or Shorechem LLC  products, the fitness of Royale Pigments and Chemicals Inc, AWSM or Shorechem LLC products for its customers' particular needs can not be warranted. Consequently, Royale Pigments and Chemicals Inc, AWSM or Shorechem LLC  disclaims any implied or expressed warranties of fitness for a particular use, process or purpose.

 

Use: Most of our chemicals are offered for industrial use only. They are not for drug, household or other similar uses. This means that they:

May not be used as drugs.

May not be used as cosmetics.*

May not be used as food additives.*

May not be used as household chemicals.

May not be used as agricultural or pesticide products.*

For certain chemicals we may ask buyer to provide written assurance That the chemical will neither be purchased nor resold for an improper use.

* Applications have to be approved by Royale Pigments and Chemicals Inc , AWSM Industries and ShoreChem LLC Mgt.
